| Interim Management |
| |
As an Interim Manager (sometimes also called "Interimer"), I assume a management role on a temporary basis, seeing myself as an "implementer", as opposed to the assisting role in a consulting project.

Exemplary interim projects:
|
 |
| |
- |
Head of Finances/Controlling (CFO), Electrical technology, sales volume 80 million EUR |
| |
- |
Head of Controlling, automobile supplier, sales volume 5 million EUR |
 |
| Apart from these tasks I can also offer to assume the lead in the following roles: |
 |
| |
- |
Management of companies (CEO) |
| |
- |
Head of Auditing |
| |
- |
Project management of business/administrative and QM-projects |
| |
- |
Management of restructuring and reorganization projects |
 |
| During my interim projects, it is my contract status alone which distinguishes me from a permanent manager. Regardless of my external status, I assume my role as a responsible manager, aiming at and acting for the long-term benefit of the company without restrictions. |
